Susan Towers is an accomplished and experienced executive search consultant. Her innate interest in meeting new people has earned her a reputation as a natural-born connector. Perpetually curious, she is always learning, always exploring. This, combined with her global corporate experience, gives her a unique ability to find outstanding candidates—the kind of talent every business needs in today’s competitive market. A two-time entrepreneur and founder, she has supported many female founders and organized the inaugural Women’s Entrepreneurship Day in Portland, OR.
She has also worked for some of the world’s most admired companies including Time Inc. (Fortune magazine), Assouline (LVMH) and L’Oréal (Kiehl’s Since 1851) and has consulted with Nike’s Innovation hub, Valiant Labs, Cole Haan and First Republic Bank among others. She served on the board of Mychelle Dermaceuticals for one of the leading private equity firms in the Bay Area, and recently became an advisor to the AI Governance Group which provides guidance on the ethical use of AI in the workplace. Susan has a degree in Psychology from University College Dublin and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers.

Betsy Tong is a strategic advisor for Technical Recruiting for Sandymount Search. She brings decades of experience working in big tech (Intel, Symantec, Lenovo, IBM) and startups where she has built out organizations and operations of several thousand. Her unique perspective as a technology executive and consultant means she understands the profile, skills and business impact required by clients. With all engagements, Betsy brings curiosity so that she can distill requirements quickly, and a high sense of integrity always. In executive roles at various technology companies, she has built technical and executive leadership programs for women and continues to mentor female founders and women in business. Betsy has an MBA from UCLA, an MALD from the Fletcher School at Tufts, and a BA in Social Psychology from Tufts

For more than two decades, Steve Diamond created Brand, Digital and Direct advertising for world-class brands of all sizes and at all stages of growth. He is known for his ability to build high-performing creative teams. An award-winning creative leader, Steve is now an advisor and marketing/creative talent search consultant at Sandymount Search. Until 2022, he was the Chief Creative Officer at Rain the Growth Agency for almost a decade. Before that he held creative leadership positions at top agencies: Havas Creative, DDB, OgilvyOne/Ogilvy Interactive, Rapp, Hill Holliday and Y&R/Wunderman. Steve has a Bachelor’s in Advertising/Marketing from Syracuse University and is a strategic advisor to Fast Focus, a market research company.

Kate is an exceptional technical sourcer and technical talent acquisition specialist with deep experience in recruiting globally for fast-scaling businesses. She has extensive experience in talent sourcing (including Machine Learning) and has extensive experience in conducting market and competitor research, building diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines, engaging, and recruiting top talent for tech start-ups and fast-growing environments.
Kate has a Master’s Degree in HR Management and Labour Economics from Oles Honchar Dnipropetrovsk National University in the Ukraine and is fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
